To decide

To decide lists everything waiting for your click. Your AI drafts; nothing goes on your record until you decide here, or from the link in the email Kanonik sends you.

Choose To decide in the left-hand menu. A number beside it counts what is waiting.

Open an item

Choose an item to read it. The page shows:

  • the exact text that would go on your record,
  • the safety check's result and its reason, with each finding in plain words,
  • the facts about the item, such as its owner and the records it connects to.

Read the safety check before you decide. It is advice; the decision is yours.

Your choices

  • Approve. Tick I have reviewed this record, then approve. The button stays off until you tick. In a workspace with more than one person, some items read Accept instead: you take responsibility for what your AI prepared and a colleague seals it.
  • Send back. You want a change. Say what is wrong in your own words. See Send a draft back.
  • Reject. You do not want this item at all. It is discarded. Give a reason; it is kept with the item.

Items your AI submits together arrive as one request. It lands on your record at your last decision, and every item you approved goes on as its own entry with your name and the time.

The request may also arrive as an emailed link. It opens the same items. The link works once, for up to an hour. If it stops working, everything waiting for you is still here in To decide, and your work is saved.
