Settings¶

Settings holds what you set up once: your company, your people, your frameworks, your subscription and your AI connection. It is the only place with form-style inputs, and only for the workspace itself. Controls, policies and risks change through your AI and your approval, never here.

Choose Settings in the left-hand menu. The list on the left is the only way between sections.

The sections¶

Overview. The state of each section on one page, plus the switch for the in-app guide and a button to show hints again.
Organisation. Your company details.
People. Who is in the workspace and what role each person has. Only an admin can invite or remove people. See Roles and inviting your team.
How approvals work. The approval rules. Kanonik sets them; they are not editable.
Frameworks. The frameworks in your plan and the ones you chose. See Framework licences.
Slack. Connect approval notices to Slack. See Getting approval notices in Slack.
Subscription. Your plan and billing, and how to cancel. See Your subscription.
Connect your AI. The address and steps to connect your AI client. See Connecting your AI.

What you can open depends on your role. A person who is not an admin sees a shorter list.
