Start: your first record

The Start page is where your workspace opens. It tells you what to do next and keeps one promise: nothing is on your record until you approve it.

Choose Workspace in the left-hand menu (the bottom bar on a phone), then Start.

What you see the first time

• Connect your AI. A short box at the top. Choose Show the steps to connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI client. It takes about two minutes. See Connecting your AI.
• Start your security record. A starter prompt you paste into your AI chat. Your AI reads where you stand, then drafts the first records with you: what you protect, who you rely on, the risks to them and the controls that answer them.
• Or start with a job. Other jobs you can hand to your AI, such as answering a security questionnaire.

The line at the bottom of the page says Nothing recorded yet until you approve something.

Copy a prompt, then paste it

Choose Copy prompt to open the prompt. You see the exact text your AI will receive before anything is copied. Copy it, then paste it into your AI chat. You can paste it again at any time; your AI picks up where your record stands. Copy a prompt to your AI explains the panel.

What happens next

Your AI works in its own chat. Each draft it makes is checked, then waits for you in To decide. Once there is something to decide, Start points you there. To decide shows how to approve, send back or reject.
