What this tells you

It tells you that a set of answers carrying this code was sealed by a named person at the sending organisation on the date shown, that the code is the start of the fingerprint of exactly those answers, and whether a later version has since replaced it. The sender's record holds the sealed answers word for word; the full fingerprint below lets anyone holding them confirm a copy matches.

It does not tell you any of the following:
